After an amazing tournament with 24 participants I have to report back that the feedback from the players has been amazing, they have all been very motivated and I am pleasantly surprised how well the players managed to always schedule their games on time.
It was great to see how the motivated the players were to join this tournament and to improve their skills. Learning and improving was definitely the focus of this event, that was tailored towards lower elo players.

Another very pleasant surprise was that we got a crazy amount of donations. Initially we thought this event would only have a symbolic prize pool, however overall the community gave us very generous donations and the final prize pool was $634!

Thank you all for the support, I also want to thank all the streamers who covered the games and everybody who was watching the games. You all made this amazing event possible, this was for sure not the last LEQC!

In addition to the regular prizes, we have decided to use part of the prize pool to give away one AoQ T-shirt and some AoEII DLCs. There will be a drawing of the winners on our Discord, the idea is that other participants of the tournament also get a chance to get a small prize and to motivate them to keep playing, keep joining our events and keep improving their gameplay.
Our LEQC players could be among our top players in a few years, if they keep on practicing!
